This morning an unfortunate accident caused the death of our dog, Bear. He was such a good dog - great with the kids, good with the chickens and the cats. It was always fun to see him drinking from the same water container at the same time with the cats and chickens. His favorite place to sleep was smack in front of the door - on the door mat. He didn't like to move, even if we were coming in with a big armful of wood! He chased the coyotes away at night to keep the chickens safe. We'll miss our friend. Goodbye, Bear.

I'm sorry. It's always hard to lose a good pet. Hopefully, you;ll be able to find another dog just as good as Bear.
It is so sad to lose a pet that has become a part of your family. I know a new pet can never replace the old one. But hopefully you can find a pet that will become a part of your family again.
I am so sorry about the loss of your good pet. I know this must be so hard for the kids.
