Sometime if you have time I would love to hear about how you do bread in your Bosch mixer. I got one for Christmas but haven't attempted anything in it yet.

Sherilyn, I've been trying to find out how much total snow accumulation Grand Mesa has, but have been unsuccessful. I have heard that we have 170% of our normal moisture, and Grand Mesa usually gets more than 12 feet per winter - so that would be 20+ feet on the ground. And our biggest snows are usually in February!
